The following application is for membership to the HPPPA. Upon completion, you will be redirected to our catalog to pay for membership. Membership is $200.00 for the first year.

Your application will be reviewed by the HPPPA board. You will be notified of your acceptance via email and your membership will be charged at that time. Should your application be declined, you will be notified, and the fees will not be charged.
